Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
Goldman Forge is an AI delivery practice operated by Goldman Global Financial Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Australia. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you submit our AI Audit or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in your message. When you visit the site, we may also collect basic technical and usage information (such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed) through our hosting and analytics providers.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send your audit or plan, communicate with you, and improve our services and website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you — for example, our website hosting, database, and email providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
AI processing
Our site and services use AI — including our chat and voice assistant (“Ada”) and the systems we build for clients. By default, every system we run is hosted on Australian infrastructure (Sydney region). Some AI processing uses third-party AI models, and some of those providers operate outside Australia. Before any text is sent to a third-party AI model, we automatically remove personal details (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and similar identifiers) at the boundary, so they are not transmitted to the model. We do not use the content of your conversations to train third-party models.
Overseas disclosure
Where a service provider or AI model operates outside Australia, your information may be processed overseas. Consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure such providers handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and — for AI processing — we remove personal details before any cross-border transfer as described above.
Automated decision-making
Our AI assistant can answer questions and help capture your enquiry, but it does not make final decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you — a person reviews material matters, and sensitive, regulated or contractual questions are routed to a human. From December 2026, the Privacy Act requires businesses to be transparent about when automated systems make or substantially influence decisions affecting individuals; where we build such systems for clients, we include transparency notices, human-review points and audit logging. If you would like to understand how AI was used in any interaction with us, contact us using the details below.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
