The problem
Charter transport runs on phone calls and email quotes. That means missed calls, slow quotes, no after-hours coverage, and a language barrier with Sydney's international and tourism market. A traditional build for all of this would run A$80k+ over several months.
What we built
- Live price & quote engine — instant fares from the Google Routes API, with vehicle types, distance tiers, tolls and surcharges, all editable from an admin panel.
- Online booking + admin dispatch — bookings, driver allocation, GPS-tracking schema, and GST invoicing, backed by Supabase.
- AI agents on three channels — 'Jen' answers website chat and WhatsApp; 'Sydney' answers the phone through an AI voice line. Customers get answered 24/7.
- Five languages — English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic — to serve Sydney's tourism and corporate market natively.
- Built-in SEO — five service landing pages, a 20-question FAQ, and analytics.
